Cities
Berne
Our federal city with the Federal Palace and the many magnificent fountains is definitely worth a visit.
Explore the wonderful old town with the Münster and be enchanted by the Zytglogge tower, the former city gate.
The Zähringer city was founded on the peninsula, surrounded by the Aare, in 1191.
Typical for Bern are also the six-kilometer-long arcades.
Of course, a visit to the Bear Park with the bears Björk, Finn, and Ursina should not be missed.
Basel
The city on the Rhine, known for its pharmaceutical and chemical industry, is beautifully located at the bend of the Rhine in the north of Switzerland.
The Tingueli Fountain, Basel Minster, and the Town Hall are just three of the many attractions of this city.
Visit Basel in February/March (depending on the year) and let yourself be swept away by the largest carnival in Switzerland. The Basel Carnival is part of the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage and lasts for three days. Let yourself be surprised.
Zurich
The cultural capital of Switzerland, but also the largest city in our country, offers, in addition to the famous shopping street "Bahnhofstrasse," a beautifully preserved old town with many small shops, bars, and cafés.
The Grossmünster, where Zwingli's Reformation began, as well as the Fraumünster with the famous Chagall windows, are waiting to be explored by you.
But of course, the city offers much more.
For example, enjoy the view over the city on the Limmat from the elevated Lindenhof.
