Can I also book a guided tour spontaneously?

Sure – as long as a guide is still available, we are very flexible. Just ask.

 

How long does a city tour last?

We recommend 1.5 - 2 hours. Of course, we can also adjust our tours for you.

 

Can I cancel a booked tour?

Yes, you can. For cancellations less than 72 hours before the tour, you have to pay 50%. If it is less than 48 hours, full payment is required.

I want to give a guided tour as a gift. Are there vouchers for this?

Unfortunately not yet... but we are working on it and they should be available later this year. We will inform you about this in our news.

 

How can I pay?

Payment is usually made via an invoice that is sent to you by your guide. You will agree among yourselves whether cash payment is also possible and by when the payment must be made.

 

Is a city tour barrier-free?

Yes, we can make a classic tour barrier-free. It helps us if we are informed about this in advance.

 

What about bad weather?

There is no bad weather, only bad clothing ;-)
Our tours take place in any weather.
